• Validating event entry

Codium does not use guest data for marketing purposes.

Codium acts solely as a data processor on behalf of the Client for the specific event.

The Client confirms that they have obtained necessary consent from guests to share their information for event access purposes.

4. Data Retention

Guest data is retained only for the duration required to deliver the event service.

All guest data is permanently deleted after the event is completed.

Codium does not maintain long-term guest databases.

5. Data Sharing

Guest data is not sold, rented, publicly displayed, or shared for advertising purposes.

Limited data may be transmitted through messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) solely to deliver invitations.

6. Data Deletion Requests

Both the Client and individual guests may request deletion of their data.

7. Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are implemented to protect collected data.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
