This website is operated by CODIUM EVENTS ORGANIZING & MANAGING, trading as Codium, registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Codium”, “we”, “us”).


By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms.


 


1. Nature of Services



Codium provides digital event access management solutions, including:


  • QR / Barcode guest entry systems
  • Guest list configuration
  • Invitation dispatch via messaging platforms
  • On-site entry validation and system supervision



Codium provides a technical facilitation service only and does not act as an event organizer, venue manager, or security provider.





2. Booking & Payment



All pricing, payment structure, deposits, and cancellation conditions are governed by the signed Service Agreement between Codium and the Client.


Codium reserves the right to suspend or refuse services if payment obligations are not met.





3. Service Agreement Priority



In the event that a signed Service Agreement exists between Codium and the Client, the terms of that agreement shall prevail over these website Terms.





4. Client Responsibilities



The Client is responsible for:


  • Providing accurate guest information
  • Coordinating with venue management
  • Ensuring stable internet connectivity if required
  • Informing Codium of any material event changes



Codium shall not be liable for delays or system interruptions caused by venue issues, internet instability, third-party interference, or guest misuse of invitations.




5. Data Usage



Codium may collect guest names and phone numbers solely for:


  • Invitation dispatch
  • QR code generation
  • Entry validation



Data is used exclusively for the specific booked event and is not sold.


The Client confirms that necessary consent has been obtained from guests for the use of their data.




6. Equipment & Intellectual Property



All hardware, software, branding, and operational systems remain the exclusive property of Codium.


Unauthorized copying, replication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.





7. Limitation of Liability



To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


Codium’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under the applicable Service Agreement.





8. Force Majeure



Codium shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, political events, internet outages, or natural disasters.




9. Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
